PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY IS A TOOL NOT AN EXPENSE

When you list a property, getting professional photos should be as second nature as putting a for sale sign in the front yard and a lock box on the door. It's like advertising, it does not cost, it PAYS.

Sellers today are getting wiser and expecting more from their REALTOR

Homeowner's want an agent who will go the extra mile to get their property sold, not one that takes the same photos they did with a cell phone or point-and-shoot camera when they had it listed FSBO.  Plus, you have added value at the listing presentation.

Lower DOM

Too many days-on-market due to poor photos will ultimately lower the price of an offer. Buyers become skeptical after a certain time frame and will perceive a homeowner as desperate or willing to accept a low-ball offer.

Time is Money, and so is the Equipment

Shooting a home and editing photos can take several hours away from your already busy work schedule. Not only is it difficult, but the cost of putting yourself in the photography business can be quite expensive.

Eye for Photography

While photography can be taught, having the vision and ability to capture a home in its best light should come natural.  Choosing the right angles, proper composition, and editing techniques can be the difference between photos that will help a listing SELL or sit. There is no substitute for quality.
